NVH Foaming Sealant
1.Introduction（1）Excellent expandable property, can achieve designated foaming ratio at setting temperature and atmospheric pressure;（2）After foaming, cells do not collapse, good stability;（3）Good processing propertities, acid & alkali resistant, injected or extruded attemperature 75~85℃;（4）Environmental friendly, low VOC, accords with RoSH 2.0 regulation,low water absorption (≤ 5% by weight), no corrosion on steel plate, steel plate bonding area ≥ 60%, no flowing or shifting phenomenon.2.Application（1）Starts to foam at setting temperature and atmospheric pressure, the finished products can achieve functions like sound insulation, vibration & harshness reduction, filling, water proof, protection etc;（2）Mainly applied in Auto NVH and high speed train System, can be directional injection (frame expansion), or extruded into a sheet (sheet expansion).
